Charge

1. Develops strategies to support the improvement of teaching, including, but not limited to, holding teaching colloquia and developing a granting structure to support improvements in teaching.
2. Advises on policies and related procedures related to the evaluation including development of appropriate peer, student, and administrative evaluation strategies and materials.
3. Recommends methods and procedures relative to the reward of teaching, including, but not limited to, recognizing excellence in teaching through financial and other awards.
4. Carries out other charges as assigned by the Executive Committee or the Senate.
